Battle Royale Gameplay
Fortnite’s gameplay involves a shrinking pvp combat arena, gathering resources, looting guns, and building bases. Upon parachuting down from a flying party bus, players must loot, mine, and fight among 99 other contestants and claw their way to the top in matches of squads, duos, or solos. Unique to other battle royale games, Fortnite features fort-building, rocket launchers, hitscan/projectile weapons, trap-building, and a destructible environment.
