This topic covers the requirements to become a Division/Super Division and how those Divisions/Super Divisions maintain their compliance. – GJ
Background
Concept of Command vs Support Staff
As per the Clan Structure, DI maintains 3 layers / levels of command (Team, Division and Clan). Each level is headed by a Command position (Team Leader, Division Commander/General or Clan Leader). All other officers at that level are considered Support Staff to the Command Position. Support Staff include Chancellors, Directors, Vices, Marshals, Team 2nd-in-Commands just to name a few.
The Ultimate Responsibility of the Command Position
Whether its at the Team, Division or Clan level, the respective Command Position is ultimately responsible for maintaining their Team/Division/Clan’s compliance. Each level of Command requires an increasingly practiced hand at managing its affairs, and not remaining compliant could have a range of adverse effects. From losing a Team within a Division (moderate loss), the disbandment of a Division within the clan (heavy loss) to the death of the Clan itself (catastrophic). Its therefore imperative that Team Leaders, Division Commanders and the Clan Leader ensure maintaining compliance is their number one priority, as it directly relates to survival and growth of the entire clan. The Support Staff are also responsible to help those in the Command Position meet and maintain compliancy.
The Honor
At the end of the day, attaining “Division” or “Super Division” status is an honor within DI that must be earned and maintained. Losing this status is a blow to clan morale and a setback for overall clan strategy, and everything must be done to prevent such outcomes.

 

Attaining & Maintaining the Honor
Super Divisions
Requirements to remain Compliant
– Maintain 50+ members on the MDR
– Have at least 4 x Teams, with Team Leader positions appointed.
– All Teams must have Team 2nd-in-Commands appointed.
– Host 2 or more Official Events per week
– Create 1 Division Announcement per month (End of Month)
– MDR Maintained/updated daily
To attain the Honor
– A Division must reach 50+ members on the MDR
– Division has been commanded by the same Commander successfully for 3+ months (changing Commander’s resets this)
Officer Allocation
– 1 x General (Command Position)
– 1 x Vice (Support Position)
– 1 x Aide-de-Camp (ADC) (Lieutenant/Marshal) (Support Position)
– 1 x Warlord (Lieutenant/Marshal) (Support Position)
– 1 x Team Leader per every 5-15 members (game dependent) (Captain) (Command Position)

 

Divisions
Requirements to remain Compliant
– Maintain 20+ members on the MDR
– Have at least 2 x Teams, with Team Leader positions appointed.
– All Teams must have Team 2nd-in-Commands appointed.
– Host 2 or more Official Events per week
– Create 1 Division Announcement per month (End of Month)
– MDR Maintained/updated daily
To attain the Honor
– A Venture Team must reach 20+ members on the MDR
Officer Allocation
– 1 x Commander (Command Position)
– 1 x Vice (Support Position)
– 1 x Warlord (Lieutenant/Marshal) (Support Position)
– 1 x Team Leader per every 5-15 members (game dependent) (Captain) (Command Position)

 

Established Teams
Requirements to remain Compliant
– Competitive Teams:
– Maintain 7+ Members in team (including subs)
– Casual Teams:
– Maintain 10+ Members in Team but no more than 15
– Must have Team 2nd-in-Commands appointed
– Create and maintain a Team PM on Forums for members of the Team to communicate quickly and efficiently with the Team Leader and Team 2nd-in-Command, as well as improving team retention rates.
– Members online ingame or on steam must be on TeamSpeak (its crucial Team Leaders add their team members on Steam/ingame to be able to monitor and enforce this, or risk getting striked themselves)
To attain the Honor
– Competitive Teams:
– Reach 7+ Members in team (including subs)
– Casual Teams:
– Reach 10+ Members in Team but no more than 15
Officer Allocation
– 1 x Team Leader (Captain) (Command Position)
– 1 x Team 2nd-in-Command (Lieutenant) (Support Position)

 

Teams
Requirements to remain Compliant
– Maintain 4/5+ Members in Team if game uses 5 person Teams otherwise 5+ members on the MDR (Including Venture Teams)
– Create and maintain a Team PM on Forums for members of the Team to communicate quickly and efficiently with the Team Leader and Team 2nd-in-Command, as well as improving team retention rates.
– Members online ingame or on steam must be on TeamSpeak (its crucial Team Leaders add their team members on Steam/ingame to be able to monitor and enforce this, or risk getting striked themselves)
To attain the Honor
– Managed and set by the respective Division Commanders/Generals
Officer Allocation
– 1 x Team Leader (Captain) (Command Position)
